The GRS Consultant will support business growth and client retention through strong knowledge of group retirement solutions and the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships. This individual is committed to delivering a positive and memorable client experience and thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and service an assigned block of group retirement clients through proactive consulting and relationship management.
- Generate sales via marketing within the assigned block of GRS clients and other sales opportunities as assigned by the Senior Director, Sales, including marketings for partner firms with GRS clients and new client opportunities.
- Support the Retirement practice in meeting and exceeding its annual growth goals by supporting cross‑sales initiatives such as ICPP and IFS.
