This role is designed for a physician who excels in managing a wide spectrum of clinical problems, ranging from acutely ill younger patients to elderly patients presenting with complex, multiple comorbidities. As a lead clinician, you will direct treatment plans and orchestrate specialist care, ensuring high-quality inpatient and outpatient experiences within a ward-based multidisciplinary team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients who fall outside specific medical specialties or those with complex symptoms requiring expert internal medicine intervention.
• Oversee a dedicated inpatient bed base, including responsibility for medical outliers on surgical wards.
