Job Description

  • Key responsibilities:

    • ·Create concept design / layouts / alternate designs / master section considering mfg/packging/assembly/performance for upper body structure system/components for inner/outer/quarter/D ring/roof area


    ·Should be proficient using Catia V5/V6 /PLM/Tce/Enovia/3D experience


    ·Experience in Spot weld point creation in PLM/Tce/Enovia/3D experience


    ·Knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS


    ·Basic Product & Process knowledge for digital packaging & simulation study


    ·Knowledge of GD&T,.


    ·Generate 2D drawings and 3D annotation for components and assembly


    ·BOM Creation and Data management in PLM/ Tce/Enovia/3D experience


    ·Creation of technical documents as directed by TL’s


    ·Adherence to all quality parameters and process as required by organization as well as client requirements


    ·Prepare technical presentations for assigned tasks
