Consultant, Capacity, Access & Flow

Reporting to the Director of Capacity, Access & Flow, the Consultant will play a key role in advancing regional strategies that improve health system capacity, patient access, and flow across the East Region. The role is data‑driven and collaborative, partnering with providers, partners and internal teams to turn evidence into practical solutions that enhance outcomes for patients and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of regional capacity, access and flow strategies.
• Use provincial and regional data to identify service gaps, risks, trends and opportunities, and translate insights into targeted interventions and action plans.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with hospitals, health service providers, physicians, patients, caregivers, Ministry partners, Ontario Health Teams, and internal teams to support aligned, collaborative solu...
