Profil

  • Proven experience in international projects management in the humanitarian or INGO sector, up to the level of Director of Operations, HR Director, Executive Director or International Coordinator.

  • Proven experience in organizational change management, in the humanitarian and INGO sector.

  • Strong project management and facilitation skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Experience in benchmarking, comparative analysis, and risk mapping.

  • Fluency in English (French and/or Spanish an asset).

  • Ability to work in a multicultural, decentralized environment.
