Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) is an advantage
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in project management within construction or site development
  • Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of local government regulations, building codes, and environmental compliance standards
  • Proficient in technical documentation, reporting, and record management
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and oversee on-site operations effectively


Job Description

  • Lead and manage the full construction site development lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through project turnover
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and local government units to ensure regulatory compliance and on-time project delivery
