Construction Worker

Insight Global is looking for a reliable and motivated Laborer to support construction and plant operations. This role involves assisting with daily site activities, material handling, and maintenance projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and productivity. This is a 6‑month contract with the potential to convert to full‑time, working onsite five days per week in Nisku, Alberta.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying and operating tools or machinery.
• Strong reliability and work ethic. Must consistently show up on time, follow schedules, and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as drills, saws, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
