Purpose

The Construction Tutor will plan for, teach and support learners to complete their Level 1 Construction related qualifications and employability. You will play a vital role in teaching, assessing and evaluating the competence and knowledge of our learners seeking employment within a Construction setting.

To deliver high-quality, remote and classroom-based construction training as part of a Skills contract, supporting learners to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to enter employment in the construction sector.

The role focuses on engaging individuals facing barriers to work, enabling progression into construction roles or apprenticeships.
