Join Elite Formwork as a full-time Construction Trades Helper in Kelowna. Engage in hands-on work, transporting materials and operating machinery at various construction sites.
This permanent position requires 1 year of construction experience, with responsibilities including loading materials, erecting scaffolding, and ensuring site cleanliness. You will work outdoors, often at heights, in a fast-paced environment. Be prepared for physical demands and varying hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Erect and dismantle scaffolds and ramps
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete and asphalt
• Clean and pile salvaged materials on site
