CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

• Interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Assisting engineers with site surveys, collecting technical data, and estimating material requirements
• Assembling, maintaining, and repairing building systems such as electrical, plumbing, or ventilation. Constructing or fabricating parts and managing wire routing or cable termination.
• Conducting routine inspections to verify that completed work aligns with project specifications.
• Enforcing Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, monitoring hazards, and performing preventative maintenance on tools and machinery.
• Preparing service reports, logging maintenance, and keeping an inventory of supplies. Coordinating daily site activities with project engineers, subcontractors, and supervisors
