Construction Survey Technician

You will report to the Director of Operations. You will carry out topographic surveys on construction sites and quarries, perform layout tasks, and produce the necessary reports. Frequent travel will be required.

Salary: $70,000 to $90,000, depending on your profile and experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with the consultant to implement the inventory system;
• Process purchase orders using the MIR-RT software;
• Enter parts orders with suppliers;
• Track delivery timelines;
• Follow up, verify, and correct purchase orders, including monitoring min/max levels;
• Supply parts to mechanics;
• Create and manage products and pricing lists in the system;
• Receive and organize merchandise;
• Handle product returns to suppliers;
• Manage the team of couriers and drill bit sharpeners.

Education and Experience

• DEC or AEC in purchasing or procurement (an asset);
