Construction Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and responsible construction supervisor for our client company's construction site. The project is a renovation site in Rovaniemi, with a duration of 20 months. The start date is at the beginning of August.

Responsibilities

• Daily management and supervision of the construction site in collaboration with the project manager and other site personnel.
• Planning and monitoring work and schedules.
• Supervising safety on site.
• Quality assurance.
• Managing material deliveries and resources.

Qualifications

• Relevant construction industry education.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Initiative and responsible work attitude.
• Basic IT skills.
• Previous experience as a site foreman is an advantage.
