Job Title: Construction Supervisor– IMCS
Location: Rustenburg
Job Type: 12 month contract, expected to work Full-Time hours
Job Duties:

  • Site Contractor Management
  • Safety compliance
  • Planning & Scheduling
  • Team Management (lead and motivate, assign tasks, monitor performance, providing guidance and support)
  • Resource management (manage resources including personnel and materials, equipment)
  • Budget Control
  • Risk management
  • Quality control / assurance
  • Problem solving
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Overseeing the planning, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
  • Seconded for functional reporting to Operations Engineer, carry legal responsibility for the project

Required Qualifications:
Qualified mechanical tradesman
