Overview

Heavy Civil Foreman/Site Supervisor We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Foreman/Site Supervisor for an existing vacancy. The successful candidate will directly supervise and coordinates the activities of field employees in a municipal sewer/water/road/highway and commercial/industrial site servicing construction environment. In addition, the individual will lead and motivate their crew, and be responsible for safety, scheduling, workforce planning, coordinating, supervising and assisting in cost control; ensuring the consistent and fair application of all company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will commence work at the start of the 2025 season. Duties and Responsibilities
