Position Overview
We are looking for a construction supervisor in the Uusimaa region. In this role you will work in a practical environment combining site management, personnel guidance, and ensuring smooth work progress. As a construction supervisor you will be responsible for the daily operations of the construction site and ensure that work proceeds according to plans, schedules and objectives. You will work closely with employees, subcontractors and the client to ensure safe and quality work at the site.

- Daily management of site operations
- Organizing work groups and machinery teams
- Scheduling work phases and monitoring progress
- Coordinating resources and proactive planning
- Placing material orders and coordinating procurement
- Ensuring up-to-date site plans
- Supervising safety, quality and efficiency
