Project Superintendent
to join our clients’ team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
This is a
11 months contract . The superintendent will supervise the daily construction site activities for an expansion project of an
industrial manufacturing facility .
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily construction site operations Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and progress reports Maintain an organized, compliant, and professional job site environment Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain productivity and adherence to project timelines Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists and final documentation Enforce job site safety s...
