Job Title: Construction Superintendent


Reports To:  Manager-Fabrication Operations


Job Location : Ras Laffan - Qatar

Primary Functions

  • Leads the fabrication yard construction efforts.

  • Plans, directs and leads allocation of manpower accordantly to project’s needs.

  • Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day fabrication activities in the yard.

  • Ensure all lower tier supervisors are adequately trained in Safety, Quality and Construction Procedures.

  • Ensure day -by-day fabrication activities carried out in compliance with Safety & Quality standards.

  • Identify and implement improvement for the prefabrication by monitoring with KPI.

  • Ensure all project material and items implementation in the yard layout.
