Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years commercial construction experience. Must be able to understand and construct new buildings from ground up through completion. Federal construction experience is helpful. Fully understand all aspects of construction activities. Lift 50 pounds, stand/walk and inspect the job site as needed. Organize and conduct safety meetings. Communicate with all team members including owner's representative, architects, engineers, inspectors. Hold weekly progress meetings and follow a master schedule, mirroring progress with a 3‐week look‐ahead schedule. Qualifications 10 years commercial construction; construct new and remodel existing buildings; journeyman carpenter.
