The selected candidate will oversee the management of construction projects, with responsibilities tailored to their location and experience due to our extensive backlog of work. The role involves supporting multiple projects, ensuring high standards of safety and quality, and acting as a key point of contact for various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
+ Demonstrate highly effective Superintendent tasks including due diligence, design review, value engineering, defining subcontract scopes, negotiating contracts, establishing and controlling schedules, and reviewing and approving scope changes.
+ Support multiple projects with a team of construction personnel on jobs ranging from $250k to $10 million.
+ Accurately estimate project costs and author project scopes for potential bidders.
