PCL Builders Inc. is looking for a Superintendent to oversee innovative construction initiatives. This role involves project supervision, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and managing construction schedules. An emphasis on communication, coaching, and collaboration with project teams will facilitate the achievement of productivity and quality goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement PCL’s safety program on site
• Supervise and mentor project team members
• Ensure quality and productivity standards are met
• Coordinate with engineers, estimators, and subcontractors
• Maintain effective stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
• Journeyman certificate or engineering degree
• NCSO designation required; 5+ years preferred
• In-depth construction knowledge and supervision experience
