Construction Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities for factory construction projects, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design, quality, and regulatory standards.

This role involves close supervision of contractors, monitoring project progress, managing site documentation, and supporting cost and schedule control. The Supervisor will work closely with the Project Manager and Director to ensure timely and successful completion of factory infrastructure — including building structures, utilities, and production-related installations for the mineral water facility.
