Job Description
- Assist Site Manager in day-to-day site activities.
- Execution of inspection on the daily activities at site.
- Auditing the progress and final checklist for project(s) with Qlassic program.
- Conduct the Pre-Qlassic Assessment for project(s) with Qlassic program.
- Attend Qlassic Assessment conducted by CIDB at site.
- Attend and handle defects of 3+1 and any other defects that are over DLP (Defect Liability Period).
- Assist with documentation including processing defect form and defect report preparation.
- Maintenance on unsold land / shops / houses by liaising with contractors.
- Prepare reports of inspection / audit / Pre-Qlassic Assesssment.
- Any other duties deemed necessary or instructed by the superior.
