Construction Site Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and independent construction supervisor to oversee diverse renovation projects in Southwest Finland. Projects include apartment renovations, bathroom and wet room refurbishments, kitchen renovations, pipe renovations, and larger wet room renovations.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of apartment renovations
• Supervision of bathroom and wet room renovations
• Coordination of kitchen renovations
• Supervision of pipe renovations and other renovation sites
• Scheduling and resource planning for construction sites
• Guiding subcontractors and own personnel
• Coordinating material orders and site procurements
• Communicating with clients, property managers, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring safety and quality standards
