Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Coordination:
Oversees the daily activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is being carried out as per design, schedule, and quality standards. Supervise, manage, and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel. Coordinate between the project management team, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Organize and oversee the deployment of resources, including materials, equipment, and labor. 2.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, local building codes, and environmental guidelines. Conduct daily site inspections to ensure that safety protocols are followed, identifying and mitigating potential risks. Prepare and implement emergency response plans and manage safety drills.
