Job Description
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients while managing manpower, materials, and equipment. The Site Manager ensures compliance with safety regulations, contract specifications, and company policies, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Site Operations Management- Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure works progress in accordance with the approved schedule, drawings, and work program.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.
- Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available, properly stored, and utilized in accordance with project requirements.
