Job Description
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct site visits, prepare cost estimates, quotations and proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries to secure projects.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to clients, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales, profitability and business development targets while complying with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in the construction, building maintenance or facilities management industry is preferred.
