The Talent Acquisition Manager leads end-to-end recruiting for an assigned functional area, ensuring the attraction and successful recruitment of high-quality talent that supports the organization’s Right People + Best Culture goals. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, business leaders, and internal support services to manage the full life cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening through offer and hire. The Talent Acquisition Manager acts as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition practices, influences hiring teams to adopt best practices, and contributes to the broader human capital strategy while operating with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
