CONSTRUCTION PURCHASER

工作职责

评估并与供应商/分包商进行谈判，采购具有竞争力价格的建筑材料，机械，设备及相关服务。

准备采购订单，确保材料按时送达项目工地。

建立并维护供应商数据库，评估其表现与可靠性。

与项目团队、及工料测量师（QS）紧密配合，确保材料规格，质量及进度符合要求。

在采购前与工料测量师（QS）核实材料数量，确保符合工程量清单（BOQ）及项目需求。

与财务部门对接，核对发票，送货单及付款条件。

确保所有采购活动符合公司政策，合同要求及 ISO/SOP 标准。

协助进行价值工程管理，提出节约成本又不影响质量的替代方案。

及时处理与供应商的交付，质量或价格问题。

准备采购报告，成本比较及采购记录，供管理层审阅。

完成上司临时交办的其他任务。

Job Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for construction materials, equipment, machinery, and services at competitive prices.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Develop and maintain vendor database, including evaluating performance and reliability.
• Coordinate with project team, and quantity surveyors to ensure material specifications, quality, and timelines are met.
