Construction Project Specialist

Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate weekly touchbase calls for active states using the construction dashboard
• Coordinate attendance of appropriate Project Managers based on project mix
• Drive meeting agendas including existing projects, new requests, and change orders
• Capture detailed meeting minutes and action items in real time
• Follow up with site maintenance managers to collect missing information
• Update construction project trackers with status, milestones, and blockers
• Maintain data quality and consistency across all active sites
• Prepare executive dashboards for weekly vertical summary meetings
• Manage the construction team’s meeting calendar and agendas
• Track, follow up, and escal overdue action items
• Maintain organized files for project documentation and change orders
• Support onboarding of new vertical Project Managers
