Construction Project Manager

For Project Management services in the Construction area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:  The Technical Part: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Construction ) with at least five (5) years of experience.

PMP, OSHA 30 membership preferred.

Bilingual (English & Spanish).  Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.

Experience in: Capital project experience and facility construction.

Ownership of $100M+ scopes; cleanroom and GMP facility, utilities/process-utilities.

Management, claims, and change-order discipline.
