Construction Project Manager

• Responsible to handle projects independently
• Resolve any technical difficulties and other problems that may arise in site or project
• To ensure project implementation and completion within stipulated time, cost and quality
• Identify problems with project, taking lead on developing solutions
• Liaise with customers/consultants/architects/project managers concerning approval of plans and drawings, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, etc
• Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor project schedule
• Update As-Built Drawings
• Testing and Commissioning of the completed installations with Customers/Consultants/Architects/Sub-Contractors
• Other duties as assigned
