Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

• In charge of projects ranging from residential and commercial, interior fit-outs and renovations
• In charge of managing manpower, construction schedule, project finance, coordination, creation of reports and tracking documents
• Monitor contractor performance through regular coordination to ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables
• Conduct final inspections, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring completeness of quality and compliance documentation

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or any Engineering (required)
• At least three (3) years of site management experience (ground-up and interior fit-out works)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/CAD software, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong experience in commercial projects - restaurant projects.
