This role leads and oversees the safe, effective daily operation of a single construction project or multiple projects with a cumulative value up to $50M. The Construction Project Manager establishes project objectives and policies, maintains close communication with clients, and monitors construction and financial activities from preconstruction through closeout. The position requires a hands-on, builder-focused approach while aligning project goals and initiatives with the organization’s long-standing mission, vision, and values.
