Construction & Project Manager

Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects by creating schedules, tracking budgets, managing vendors/subcontractors, and ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards. Coordinate procurement, shipping, and installation of materials and fixtures, and provide updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 5–7 years construction/project management experience
  • Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, procurement, vendor management, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficient with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
