Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: St-Laurent, Montreal Head Office
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
1. Construction & Project Management
Manage new store construction and renovation projects from A to Z
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and opening schedules
Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
Review architectural and engineering plans to ensure compliance with brand standards
Conduct site visits and track progress to meet deadlines
Identify risks and resolve issues proactively
2. Permits & Regulatory Management
Manage full municipal permitting process (city permits, occupancy, fire department, etc.)
Prepare and submit permit documentation
Follow up with municipalities to ensure timely approvals
Coordinate and ensure completion of MAPAQ / health authority requirements
Ensure franchisees complete required food safety or health requisition courses
