Our construction client in Las Colinas is looking for a Project Manager.



General Role Description

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing selective demolition projects ranging in size and complexity across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This individual will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. 



Key Responsibilities–Project Planning & Execution
  • Oversee all aspects of Project life cycle from pre-construction to completion
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinate permitting, submittals, notifications, and inspections
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues


  • Key Responsibilities–Cost & Budget Management
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts
  • Track project costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders...
