We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a major process plant project.
This is a fixed-term contract role (6 months) that requires strong leadership, multidisciplinary expertise, and a proven ability to deliver complex industrial projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of process plant construction from planning to execution.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors across multiple disciplines.
Supervise employees and ensure that they're following site safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Drive program management, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Provide leadership across civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
Monitor progress, budgets, and quality, reporting to senior management.
