**Project Manager** (**Commercial Construction - Remote**)
Full-Time | Remote | Projects in **Arizona & Utah**
**Responsibilities**:
- Take over projects after preconstruction handoff and manage through completion.
- Handle permitting, scheduling, inspections, and project documentation.
- Coordinate closely with the superintendent, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure all work aligns with plans, specifications, and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, track budgets, and resolve site issues promptly.
- Lead closeout process and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- **3-5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (TI experience preferred).**:
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and submittals.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Advanced English (spoken and written) — required.
