Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technicallycompetent Assistant Project Manager to support and drive ourconstruction projects-particularly Addition & Alteration (A&A)works . The ideal candidate is well-versed in project documentation, independent in managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects in accordance with project schedules, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Establish, implement, and ensure compliance with project SOPs, QA/QC processes, and workflow controls.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project progression.
• Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, and material deliveries report issues proactively and propose solutions.
