Construction Project Manager (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and professionally registered Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of water retention and roads construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for water retention and roads infrastructure projects
• Oversee all phases of construction from initiation through to handover and close-out
• Manage procurement processes, subcontractor appointments, and resource allocation
• Implement and monitor project controls, including cost reporting, progress tracking, and risk management
