The role involves maintaining aspects of the project schedule as assigned, managing submittal approvals, coordinating timely delivery of materials, and ensuring projects are completed with quality and profitability while adhering to our Safety/Zero Harm culture.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee project financial responsibilities.
+ Provide preconstruction services.
+ Manage project start-up and scheduling.
+ Handle RFIs (Requests for Information).
+ Process change orders.
+ Manage submittals.
+ Coordinate project administration, coordination, and close-out.
