Wood is recruiting for Construction Project Engineers (ELV) to join its Malaysia Business Unit, supporting the delivery of large‑scale data centre construction projects. The role will operate as part of the Onsite Owner’s Representative team, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and on‑time execution of all construction activities in alignment with Owner standards and project objectives.

The Role

The Construction Project Engineer (ELV) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all Extra‑Low Voltage (ELV) system works during data centre construction. This includes oversight of structured cabling, security systems, building management systems (BMS), monitoring systems, and coordination with MEP and civil teams. The role ensures that ELV installations meet design requirements, project timelines, quality standards, and compliance with data centre operational requirements.
