Construction Project Coordinator

The Project Lead is responsible for end-to-end execution of multiple projects, overseeing Site Engineers and Project Managers to ensure delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality standards. This role serves as the primary bridge between clients, internal teams, consultants, and contractors while driving operational excellence on site.

1. Project Execution & Site Management

• Lead daily site operations and ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor progress against timelines and escalate potential delays proactively.
• Ensure all site activities are carried out as per safety and quality standards.
