As a full-time Project Coordinator, you will assist Project Managers and Site Superintendents in planning and execution. Your role involves reviewing contract documents, preparing submittals, and coordinating with subcontractors. You will track project progress and compliance with safety standards while effectively managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support planning and scheduling of construction projects
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy
• Prepare submittals and manage RFIs and RFQs
• Coordinate activities with subcontractors and suppliers
• Attend site meetings and document discussions
