The role of Project Coordinator at ACS requires 3 years of experience in construction, involving project documentation, communication with team members, and managing workflows in Procore. You'll directly support assigned Project Managers and maintain project schedules, track quality inspections, and prepare reporting. A solid understanding of construction processes and strong organizational skills are key in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage commitments such as change orders and purchase orders
• Track project documentation in Procore including submittals and RFIs
• Coordinate agendas and minutes for project meetings
• Assist PM in preparing project progress reports and updates
• Organize safety documentation and compliance verification
