🎯 Experience: 10–12 Years (Min. 3 years as Lead Planner)

• Project planning, budgeting & scheduling (MS Project mandatory)
• Monitoring & tracking project progress
• Cost control (Materials / Manpower / Machinery)
• Budget preparation, variance analysis & quarterly reviews
