What You'll Do Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting CMT staff both within a branch and within a region Responsibilities also include performing the following at both the office and regional level: Overseeing projects Performing technical report reviews Preparing proposals Assisting with management of department and P&L Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client relationships Leading and coaching staff members Responsibilities may also include: Mentoring Associate Principals and other professional staff Participating in the review committee for candidates who see Associate Principal designation What We're Looking For Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering preferred.
