Construction Manager

Overview

The Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and with exceptional client satisfaction.

This role calls for a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, proven people management skills, and experience in both residential and commercial estimating and sales. You’ll be supported by a capable office team managing crew logistics, accounts payable/receivable, marketing, and client communications allowing you to focus on leadership, growth, and strategic execution.
