About The Role

Currie & Brown Italy is looking for a Freelance Construction Manager for hospitality sector projects in Sicily. The offer includes a collaboration contract on a VAT basis. Regular on-site presence is required.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, project management or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing medium-scale projects (experience in the hospitality sector is a plus).
  • Experience managing the permitting process and dealing with local jurisdiction.
  • Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills (both internal and external)
  • A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexible.
  • In addition to Italian, good written and spoken English required.
