Construction Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement project activities throughout project planning, execution and completion.
• Liaise with Client, Client representatives, Authorities, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure timely execution and quality of work.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members for the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and execution of contract requirements.
• Plan project manpower, materials, equipment and other resources required for the project.
• Plan and coordinate with Client on logistic issues.
• Assist in post-contract administration which includes attending client/consultant site meeting, cost comparison exercise, variation order claim, site inspection when necessary, checking on interim payment recommended by contractors and final account statement.
